Fantastic Oatmeal Cookies

Wanted an oatmeal cookie recipe w/o raisins,(my wife isn't a fan). Found one, tweaked it a few times, and these are... well, fantastic!
Ingredients

3/4 Cup Butter-melted

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup White Sugar

1 Egg
-
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Cups Flour

1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Pinch Salt
-
1 Cup Oats
-
1 Cup Rice Crispies
-
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Cooking Instructions

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Cream together melted butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Add egg and vanilla.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix flour into sugar mix and stir. Add in oats and rice crispies. Add in chocolate chips and nuts.

Spoon out cookies into hand and flatten. I like my cookies to be of uniformed size so I use a cookie scoop here. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake roughly 11 minutes. Set on cooling racks and enjoy.
