Simple Healthy Okara Burger

Hamburger patties can be healthy! I tried using okara in these.
The great thing about this recipe is that you can make this using just one bowl! Recipe by Ri-sanno
Ingredients

200 grams Ground meat

200 grams Fresh okara

1 Onion

1 Egg

3 tbsp Katakuriko

1 dash Salt and pepper

1 Ketchup

1 Oil
Cooking Instructions

Mince the onion and sauté until browned.

Put the onion from Step 1 into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Divide into 4 portions and form into oval patties.

Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry over high heat. When browned, flip over, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat for about 10 minutes.
