Cooking Instructions

Fry the liver first, by putting oil in a pan then add a bit a diced garlic and stir of 20sec then add the liver, add salt, stir then let it for 2 to 3 mins on low or medium heat.

On another pan, put oil then onion and stir till soft then add garlic with the chopped hoho and black pepper then stir.

Add tomatoes with paprika then put a little amount of water so that the tomatoes to soften.

Add the know cubes, then tomato paste, for thickening and add salt for taste.

Stir the mixture, then add your fried liver let it cook for 3 mins then turn or stir.

Serve it then garnish(optional) it with dhania or spring onion.
