  18. 2 cm Carrots (cut into sticks)
  19. 30 grams Bean sprouts
  20. 1 Salad greens

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Mix together the ingredients for the okara batter.

  2. 2

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and pour in the okara batter.

  3. 3

Once the tortilla has lightly browned, flip it over and cook the other side.

  4. 4

Mix together the yakiniku hamburger ingredients, form a patty and brown it in the frying pan.

  5. 5

Once it has browned, flip it over, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and steam for about 5 minutes.

  6. 6

Saute the komatsuna, onions, and carrots in sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. The side dish is done! If making this for a bento, let cool and wrap.

  7. 7

Put your choice of salad greens on top of the tortilla and top with mayonnaise.

  8. 8

    Place the hamburger on top.

  9. 9

You can also add lettuce, cabbage, or julienned cucumbers.

  10. 10

Fill with your choice of ingredients! Try my shogayaki.

  11. 11

These are great for bento, too!
