Warming daikon and carrot soup

On friday I cook for children in need. I try to give them a healthy meal. And let them eat something different. This is what I came up with today.
Ingredients

2 daikon (white
-
4 carrots
-
2 small onions
-
1 tb cooking oil
-
1 chruched clove garlic
-
1.5 l stock (fresh or cubes)

1/2 tb thym,white pepper,rosemary
-
50 gr (1/4 tub) cream cheese with herbs
-
Some green herb for garnish
Cooking Instructions

Clean the veg

Cut the veg into medium cubes

Heat the oil and sweat the onion and the garlic

Put in the carrots and the bouillon.

Cook for 15 min

Add the daikon
-

Cook until veg are tender
-

Add the cream cheese and mix the soup.

Serve with a bit of cream cheese and herbs
