Easy Layered steam pork with beansprouts and mushrooms

This is a super simple recipe of beansprouts and thin pork slices. Just assemble in a large frying pan and cook on medium heat. Cooks in less than 10 mins. I used pork collar for this recipe. You can also add capsicums and other vegetables to this!

Ingredients

  1. 300 g pork collar (Thinly Sliced)
  2. 200 g beansprouts
  3. Seasoning Sauce
  4. 1 tbsp shoyu
  5. 1 tbsp mirin
  6. 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine/sake
  7. 1/2 tbsp perilla oil/toasted sesame seed oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large frying pan, layer mushrooms, beansprouts and pork (in that order). Repeat till all ingredients are used. Sprinkle with white pepper.

    Mix all seasoning ingredients and pour over pork mixture. Heat on High heat for 5-6mins or till Pork changes colour.

    Add in spring onions on top. And cook for 1 min. Mix and serve!

Note to self: I used frozen pork slices. Cut it in half and seperate slices and keep it frozen till when ready to cook.
