Ingredients

30 minutes
6 pieces
  1. 6 big green chillies. Take out the seeds
  2. 350 gram minced beef (I used lamb and beef)
  3. 1 egg
  4. Some coriander powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper to taste
  7. 1 onion, minced
  8. Some oil or butter to fry
  9. as needed Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the minced beef, egg and seasonings to a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix to incorporate. Taste test by taking a small piece and then fry it on a frying pan.

    Take one chilli, stuff it with the beef mixture. Do until everything is finished.

  4. 4

    Put some oil or butter on a frying pan. Put chillies on.

  5. 5

    Cover with a lid, don't add water yet, because the liquid will come out.

  6. 6

    Check if the filling is cooked. Then add some water. Cover again.

  7. 7

    Cook until everything ia good.

  8. 8

    Take them out and serve.
