My mom made this dish for one of our family dinner and it was so delicious.... Meat is tender and juice is sweet, I've got to make this again!

Ingredients

  1. 2-3 lb cross cut beef shank or roast
  2. 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder
  3. 1 onion, chopped
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  6. 1 medium white Daikon (radish), cut to 1" chunk
  7. Cilantro for decor (optional)
  8. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the first 4 ingredients in Instant pot and pressure cook on Medium setting for 15 min.

    Once done, release pressure and add in soy sauce and daikon, pressure cook on High for 5 minutes.

    Season to taste. Serve with cilantro. Enjoy!
