Holiday Sweet Potatoes

When you need a little sweet for your holiday Sweet Potatoes!
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
-
6 sweet potatoes, cooked peeled, sliced

1 tsp baking powder
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
1 tsp ground cinnamon
-
2 eggs
-
3/4 cup sugar
-
3/4 buttermilk
-
3/4 cups chopped pecans (optional)

Marshmallows for topping
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven 350. Add butter to hot sweet potatoes and mix. Then combine next 6 ingredients and mix till smooth.

Place mixture in a greased 2- quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows and watch so they don’t burn. Enjoy!
