Ingredients

10 minutes
32 servings
  1. 3 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  2. .5 tsp. Vanilla

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Line a small jelly roll pain with two pieces of foil that cross each other to make an X.

  2. 2

Combine chocolate chips and condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Over medium heat, stir constantly until the chips are thoroughly melted.

  3. 3

Add the vanilla and stir for a minute more. The mixture should be a little shiny now.

  4. 4

Scrape the contents of the saucepan into the prepared jelly roll pan. Spread evenly.

  5. 5

Let it sit on the kitchen counter until set (3-4 hours).

  6. 6

Lift the fudge out of the pan using the criss-crossed foil as a lifter. Turn it over onto cutting surface and cut the fudge into 32 small pieces.

  7. 7

Eat immediately or store in sealed container. Refrigerate if it will be stored more than a day or two.

It looks like chocolate frosting! I would love to dip a Florida orange slice in that!
