Ingredients

  1. 3 lbs. Ground Beef
  2. 1 Yellow Onion, chopped
  3. 1 Can Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce
  4. 1/2 C. Ketchup
  5. 1/2 C. Packed Brown Sugar
  6. 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  7. 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  8. 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  9. 1 French Bread Loaf
  10. 2-3 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.
    Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
    Slice bread loaf in half lengthwise, set aside. In a large skillet fry up the ground beef and onion til meat is no longer pink and onion is soft. Drain grease. Add manwhich sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir til everything is combined well.

    Evenly Spoon sloppy joe mixture over bread halves. Then sprinkle cheese over top. Put into preheated oven and baked til cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven cut into 2-3inch slices. Serve immediately and enjoy 😋.
