1 pound pears

1 tablespoon ground nutmeg

2 teaspoon ground allspice

1 stick salted butter

2 tablespoons honey

Wash the pears and dry them, cut in half, and remove the core along with the stems. Thinly slice them. I didn't add salt them, because my salt is in the butter but, if you wish to have a little extra salt now would be the time to salt them.

Melt the butter in a pot. Add the pears in and coat each one of the slices. Add in the spices and the honey. Sauté until pears are slightly crunchy and tender, ready to serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
