Sautéed Hakurei turnip greens

In Japan, people eat turnip greens because they have a wonderful flavor! If you find fresh hakurei turnips with its greens, you should use the greens as well!
Ingredients

1 bunch turnip greens

1/4 tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Sesame oil

1/2 Red chili

1/4 tsp soy sauce

1/4 tsp sake (If you have some)
Cooking Instructions

Put sesame oil in a pan and heat

Cut turnip greens in 2-inch pieces. Put turnip greens in the pan and sauté about 2 minutes.

Add red chili, salt, soy sauce, and sake. Sauté about 1 minute.
