Put the clean sweet potato in 400 degrees oven bake for 1-1.5 hours until the sweet potato’s sugar comes out.

Freeze it until it is hard as rock (joking) and we can enjoy it🥳
Some people will put some sugar on top and burn it but it is too sweet for me😆
