I wanted to make something delicious that my boyfriend and I could bake together.

This is easy to make so even those who don't bake sweets will easily be able to make this!

There are no hints! This is too easy as it is! For 15 cookies. Recipe by Hanayomeshugou*jun*

Ingredients

15 servings
  1. 100 grams Pancake mix
  2. 100 grams You can use wheat flour instead if you'd like
  3. 50 grams Vegetable oil
  4. 40 grams Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Quickly mix together the vegetable oil and sugar together in a bowl using a rubber spatula.

  2. 2

Next, add in the pancake mix (or wheat flour) and mix well. Mix till it forms a ball!

  3. 3

In Step 2, you can also add in 30 g of cocoa or matcha powder and make a different flavor! This time I made Milo flavored cookies.

  4. 4

Using two spoons, form the dough into a round lump as if you were making a dumpling. Then arrange them on a baking tray.

  5. 5

Cook them for 16~20 minutes at 180℃ and then once they are cooked, they are done! They are soft when freshly baked, so don't touch them!!

  6. 6

Caution! They break easily, so move them gently. They're very soft.
