Ingredients

  1. 1 radish
  2. Half kilo beef fingers
  3. Half carrot
  4. 2 bay leaf
  5. Half tsp sugar
  6. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  7. 1 tbsp cooking wine
  8. 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  9. 2 slices ginger
  10. Half pot of water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beef then blanch in hot water and wash again.

    Wash and cut the carrot and radish

  3. 3

    Boil water in a pot and add all the ingredientsn

  4. 4

    Stew if for an hour.
