Korean Beef Rice Bowl

Ingredients

4 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp gochujang paste

2 Tbsp brown sugar
-
24 oz ground beef
-
2 cups minute rice
-
2 cups chicken bone broth
-
Light Mayonnaise

Garlic salt
Cooking Instructions

Mix soy sauce, rice, vinegar, sesame, oil, minced garlic, gochujang paste, and brown sugar in a bowl.

Cook ground beef half way before adding sauce mixture. Cook the rest of the way.

Mix rice and chicken bone broth. Follow directions for rice.

Mix mayo, Siracha, garlic salt and lemon juice in a bowl to make sauce

Place meat over rice and top with green onions, sesame seeds and Siracha mayo sauce
