Ingredients

30 minutes
1 serving
  1. 150 g smoked tofu
  2. half fresh cauliflower
  3. 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  4. if you are not vegan then 2 boiled eggs
  5. 3 tbsp ajvar (grilled pepper cream)
  6. 4 tbsp vegan sweet-mustard sauce
  7. ground sweet paprika
  8. dried oregano
  9. dried basil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, cut the tofu into smalk cubes, and fry it in the hot oil, until it gets a nice golden layer. If you are not vegan then add 2 boiled eggs, also cut into cubes, fry them together.

  2. 2

I didnt use salt for this recipe at all, for weight loss reasons, but of course it would have made it even more tastier. Instead i added dried oregano, basil and sweet paprika, plus ajvar which i bought from the store, it has some salt in it anyway, and i also added vegan sweet-mustard sauce which is the vegan version of the honey-mustard sauce.

  3. 3

Grind the fresh cauliflower on a cheese grinder and add it to the pan, stir well to combine with the sauce and ajvar and spices, cook some more, stir often, cook it until the cauliflower gets ready.Enjoy

Im creating an international fusion of all the cuisines of the world: there are no borders in mixing and matching flavours. I love all the cuisines of the world. I like to discover new spices and ideas.i never try to follow the "official" rules in cooking, but rather my main ingredient is my passion. When i imagine a dish, first i cook it in my head and i try to imagine how it will taste like. if the ingredients will be in harmony, how can i make it technically and what side dishes would match well. what i have learnt from south-east asian cuisines is, that fresh ingredients are unbeatable. in nutrition, taste, look and color, crispiness and moistness. my recent goal is to use as many fresh herbs and veggies as possible. there are only a few dishes that i dont like, few type of seafood and seaweed. any other ingredient is on my horizon if i plan to create something new, cooking is my art.
