Yamagata is the north part of Japan. The Sukiyaki there is seasoned differently from the Sukiyaki I made and is made in a different way. It’s very delicious. Please add much spring onion in this Sukiyaki my friend taught me. #GlobalApron

Ingredients

  1. 200 g thinly sliced beef
  2. 1 pack Shirataki
  3. 1 pack tofu
  4. 50 ml soy sauce
  5. 100 ml Sake Japanese rice wine
  6. 1 tablespoon Miso
  7. 1 tablespoon sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Ingredients. Cut vegetables

  2. 2

    Put seasonings in pan. Cook beef in pan and set aside.

  3. 3

    Add vegetables in the remaining sauce. Cook the vegetables over medium heat until they release a lot of liquid.

    Add Tofu and Shirataki. Put beef back on it.
