Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 +1/2 cup besan or chickpea flour
  4. 1 cup Chopped nuts optional
  5. 1+1/2 cup ghee

Cooking Instructions

    First make syrup. Boil water and sugar until it turns one layer syrup

  2. 2

    Then let it cool down.keep aside

  3. 3

    Now make ghee hot and use nonstick pan. Add chickpea flour and keep roasting at medium flame until it start bubbling and look golden and thin watery. Now turn off flame and grease one sheet pan with ghee

    Let sit after roasting for just five minutes then add sugar syrup in it and quickly transfer it in the pan. Make sure it will get thick and do not overmix it

    Let it give a shape after half cool down about an hour after and let it cool down completely. Enjoy yummiest dessert of india
