Garlic Butter Peas and Carrots

Ingredients

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves finely minced

1 pound bag frozen peas and carrots

1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon water
Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and saute 30 -60 seconds until lightly browned.

Add bag of frozen vegetables, salt, pepper and water.

Increase heat to medium high. Cook until water is evaporated and vegetables are coated with the butter and warmed throughout, 5 minutes.
about 5 minutes. -

Pour into serving dish or directly to the plate.
