Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 150 g Tofu
  2. 150 g mizuna leaves (or any leaves good for salad)
  3. ■1 tsp grated ginger
  4. ■1 tbsp sesame oil
  5. ■1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
  6. ■1 tsp sugar
  7. ■1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1.5 tsp grinded sesame (black or white)
  9. 15 g grinded walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the leaves.

    In a bowl, crash tofu roughly with a spoon. Add■and mix again.

  3. 3

    Place the leaves on a plate and pour (2) over the leaves.

    Sprinkle sesame and walnuts on top. Enjoy!
