Ingredients: 50 g bacon; 50 g chorizo sausage; 1 tbsp olive oil; 4 eggs; 2 tbsp milk; salt and pepper

Scrambled eggs (huevos revueltos) is a traditional starter in Spain and Spaniards use all kinds of ingredients to give it extra flavour - asparagus, spinach, serrano ham... This recipe uses bacon and spicy chorizo sausage.

50 g bacon
50 g chorizo sausage
1 tbsp olive oil
4 eggs
2 tbsp milk
salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Cut the bacon into small pieces and do the same with the chorizo (remove the casing first)

Fry the bacon and sausage in a little oil

Beat the eggs together with the milk and season with salt and pepper add to the frying pan and stir everything together until the eggs are ready then serve with some fresh bread
