Ingredients

4 servings
  1. For Shrimp Tikka:
  2. 300 gms clean Shrimp (I remove the tail, if you like the taste keep it)
  3. 1 tsp Tikka masala
  4. 1 tsp Red chili powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  6. salt
  7. oil for frying
  8. Lemon juice
  9. Bamboo Skewers:
  10. For Salad
  11. Lemon wedges
  12. salt
  13. black pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    For Tikka : Wash shrimp thoroughly, Mix all dry masala and marinate Shrimp, add 1 tsp oil and mix. Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hr.

    For Frying : Place 3/4 shrimp on 1 Skewers. In a frying pan coat surface with oil and place Skewers on it. Turn skewers after 3-4 min and fry other side for 3-4 min.

    For Salad: Wash and dry cucumbers, do not peel. Use peeler and thinly peel cucumber lengthwise. This will give thin long ribbons of cucumber. Garnish with salt, pepper powder and lemon wedges.

    To serve garnish shrimp tikka with lemon juice and salad.
