Figure rinse, repeatedly pouring muddy water. Transfer to a small Koretz (bucket or pan), cover with cold water and allow to boil.

The first stage cooking grits is not necessary, but only after boiling drained through a sieve and rinsed again in running water.

Again put cereal in a pan, pour plenty of water, put on the stove, and as soon begins to boil, add salt. Cook until done, drain the excess water through a colander or sieve, but the rump is not washed.

Raisins pour boiling water and after 10 minutes the liquid drained.

Through a fine mesh grater miss hazelnuts and almonds.

Poppy seeds pour into a saucepan, add water (liquid level should be on the finger above the poppy), put on the stove and, stirring frequently, boil for a quarter of an hour - the water should evaporate, otherwise boil for 20 minutes or as necessary. Poppy seeds cool.

Adding small portions of honey poppy seed pound until smooth wooden pestle (shoulder blade).

Ready to shift the cooled rice in bowl and mix with honey poppy.

Pour nut crumbs and mix well again.

In a lot of stir in rice steamed raisins. Of orange and lemon slices squeeze the juice, pour into sochivo and stir in the last time.

Transfer to a plate and decorate as desired fruit, nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits.
