Ingredients

1 hour
2-4 servings
  1. 1 pound carrots
  2. 1/2 pound bulk sausage
  3. 4 ounces cream cheese
  4. 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  5. 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  6. 1/2 cup sliced celery
  7. 1/4 cup ground paprika
  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/2 cup mushroom catsup solids see my recipe
  11. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  12. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  13. 2 cup water
  14. 1-1/4 cup sliced grape tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the carrots

  2. 2

    Add to a deep pan or wok. Heat with no liquids.

    Add celery and mushroom catsup solids. Add salt and pepper. Stir occasionally. No liquids yet

    Add the tomatoes

  5. 5

    Add the rest of the spices

  6. 6

    Add sausage in small chunks

  7. 7

    Still no liquids Stirfry till sausage is browned.

    Now add water simmer covered 20 minutes.

    Add cream cheese in chunks

  10. 10

    Blend gently till cream cheese is incorporated well

  11. 11

    Simmer for 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!
