Claypot chinese sausage rice (microwave method)

  2. 2 piece chinese sausage, sliced
  3. 2 cup rice, cooked into steamed rice
  4. chye sim vegetable (optional)
  5. chinese mushrooms (optional)
  6. Other
  7. 2 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
  8. 4 tbsp dark soya sauce
  9. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  10. white pepper powder
  11. chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Using microwave safe claypot, ceramic or glass ware, add cooking oil into it. The oil will give "non stick" protection for easy cleaning later. Add dark soya sauce and sesame oil, mix them with the oil.

    Add in freshly steamed rice and sliced chinese sausage. Mixed them evenly. Sprinkle some white pepper and chilli powder. You may also add in some chinese mushrooms and chye sim vegetable if you like to be creative.

    Cover the claypot, ceramic or glass ware. Put it in microwave oven. Cook for 4 minutes using Medium High Power.

    Ready to serve.
