Ingredients

  1. 3 cup cranberries
  2. 1 orange - peeled - seeded
  3. 1 (10 oz) bag frozen sliced strawberries slightly thawed
  4. 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  5. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. 1 -3oz. pack liquid pectin
  8. 2 tsp orange zest

Cooking Instructions

    Combine cranberries & orange sections in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add strawberries , zest , spices process until finely chopped. But not pureed.

    Stir together fruit muxture & sugar & water in a very large sausepan. Until well blended. Cook for 2 minutes over low heat. Stirring constantly. Increase heat to high. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir in pectin.

    Stirring constantly again & boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Immediately pour into jars. Adjust lids & bands. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Remove from water. Allow to cool. Check to make they are sealed. If not refrigerate. Store away.( I got 6 half pints).

Do you think it would matter if you used whole frozen strawberries?
