Ingredients

  1. 300 grams Spinach, chopped up
  2. 2 tbsp butter
  3. 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  4. 250 ml fresh cream
  5. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Place spinach in rapid boiling salted water for 1.5 minutes. Strain.

    Melt butter in a large frying pan. Add the flour and mix until it forms a light dough.

  3. 3

    Begin adding the cream bit by bit, whisking constantly so that it doesn't get lumpy.

  4. 4

    Squeeze all the water out of the spinach and mix into the cream.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper and simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes.
