Ingredients

3 tsp minced garlic

2 tbsp butter

150 grams pancetta, diced

250 ml fresh cream

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

150 ml milk

salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a heated frying pan and lightly fry the pancetta and garlic for 5 minutes.

Begin adding the cream bit by bit, whisking it constantly so that it don't get lumpy, now do the same with the milk.

Add the rest of the butter let it melt. Then flour and make a light dough, let cook for 30 seconds while stirring.

Stir in half of the cheese and let it melt then put in the rest of the cheese.

Add salt and pepper to taste, simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes.
