Chicken Tandoori Legs Piece Fry
Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever it's form may be upon being cooked, it's flavour may change but it's flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.
Ingredients

2 legs piece

2 tablespoons hung curd

6-8 garlic pods

1 inch ginger

10 nos dried red chilies

to taste Salt

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

1 pinch red food colour

1/2 teaspoon all spices powder

Chat masala for sprinkle

Oil for deep fry

1 lemon

1 raw onion sliced

1 cabbage sliced for salad
Cooking Instructions

Grind into fine paste (ginger, garlic and dried chillies)

Wash and clean chicken legs piece and make cuts on it with the help of knife.

In bowl take ginger, garlic and dried chillies paste, hung curd, salt, red chilli powder, all spices powder, red food colour and mix well the mixture.

Marinate chicken and refrigerate it for 2hours
Heat oil in deep wok, put marinated chicken in it and fry from all the sides for 10 to 12mins on low flame. Do the same with other legs piece -

Serve hot with sliced onion, cabbage and lemon. sprinkle chat masala on it.
