Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup Gersami Spice see my recipe
  2. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  3. 1 cup flour
  4. 1-1/4 pound shoulder blade pork chop
  5. As needed oil to fry
  6. To taste kosher salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season the chops with gersami Spice mix and salt on both sides.

    Add chops to a bag and put the flour in it. Coat all the chops and let rest for 15 minutes.

    Add to the hot oil and fry

  4. 4

    Turn as needed

  5. 5

    When done move to paper towels to absorb excessive oils. Sprinkle kosher salt on top.
