Gersami Pork Chops

Ingredients

1/4 cup Gersami Spice see my recipe

1/4 teaspoon salt
-
1 cup flour
-
1-1/4 pound shoulder blade pork chop
-
As needed oil to fry

To taste kosher salt
Cooking Instructions

Season the chops with gersami Spice mix and salt on both sides.

Add chops to a bag and put the flour in it. Coat all the chops and let rest for 15 minutes.

Add to the hot oil and fry

Turn as needed

When done move to paper towels to absorb excessive oils. Sprinkle kosher salt on top.
