Hainan Chicken n' Rice
This is really healthy, easy and most tasty food you want to make.. I prefer this for my dinner tonight..
Ingredients

2 thumbs or 15cm of Ginger

80-100 gr green spring onion

1 and 1/2 cup of Thai Rice

3 cloves Garlic

4 cm Ginger
Cooking Instructions

Brush whole Chicken with salt until the skin pore of the yellow on the skin chicken off and wash it follow dry it well..

Slice ginger and green spring onion.. put inside the chicken and add water in the pot until the chicken dive all in..

Boil the chicken and shimmer off white stuff while boil..

Soak the rice for 15min.. chop garlic and ginger.. after 15 minute drain well..

Put in the breast the thermometer not to the bone and must be rich 78°C that's mean the chicken ready.. and put in cold water for a minute and put in the plate while resting..

Saute the chop garlic and ginger in 1 tbsp oil.. until have aroma.. add the rice.. put 2 and 1/2 cup of broth from chicken.. 15 minute high heat and turn off 10 minute

Put in the plate together and enjoy your meal.. put on the soy sauce on top and sambal plus slice cucumber!
