200 grams chicken

1 1/2 liter water

papaya and pumpkin

500 grams not overly ripe papaya

400 grams pumpkin with skin

Quick blanch the pork and chicken then set aside, put all ingredient into a pot and bring it to a boil then let it simmer on high for 40 minute, lightly season with some salt
