  2. 400 grams pork lean meat
  3. 200 grams chicken
  4. 1 1/2 liter water
  5. papaya and pumpkin
  6. 500 grams not overly ripe papaya
  7. 400 grams pumpkin with skin
  8. 20 medium dry chestnut
  9. 3 large candy dates

Cooking Instructions

    Quick blanch the pork and chicken then set aside, put all ingredient into a pot and bring it to a boil then let it simmer on high for 40 minute, lightly season with some salt
