Pumpkin Rice with omelet, mix vegetables
Eating healthy food for all different colors. I'm in diet, I need to control my weight. So more vegetables make me loose some weight. Due to health reasons and maintain my blood pressure. I still need to enjoy my food with low sodium.

I will prepare to cook the rice 1st and add some pumpkin inside to boiled.

Then I will prepare my lotus roots cut into thin slices. Pan fried them with ginger until golden and crispy, add the fungus together. Seasoning with oyster sauce.r easy to serve

We pan fried our leaves vegetables with garlic,seasoning and ready to serve.

Lastly we sautee the onions until golden. Add the mix vegetables together. Pour the beated eggs together to make omelet. Fried until golden look will look more tasty. Done.
