Bacon and Potato Sandwich

Usually because bacon is such high priced it's usually just potatoes. We need to splurge once in awhile.
Ingredients

5 good sized potatoes

8 slices bread
-
As needed oil to fry in

1-2 pound Bacon 8 slices

To taste seasoned salt I used at least a tablespoonful

8 tablespoon mayonnaise

As needed Heinz Tomato Ketchup optional
Cooking Instructions

Peel and wash the potatoes and slice not too thick lengthwise. Heat the oil in a skillet.

Fry the bacon in whole slices.

Fry the potatoes, turn as needed.

Move the bacon and fried potatoes to a paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Season the potatoes with the seasoned salt.

Add mayonnaise to the bread

Add potatoes

Now add the bacon. Break the overhanging part of bacon and add to the center piecing it together. This will cut down on the amount of bacon needed. Add ketchup here.

Add the top piece of bread and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
