Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup greek yogurt fat free
  2. 1/4 cup almond milk
  3. 1/2 cup oatmeal
  4. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  5. 1/4 cup raw honey or stevia
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. Pinch salt
  8. 1 egg
  9. 1 tsp season of vanilla and cinnamon pinch of nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

    Reheat oven 400 F

    Spray non spray baking pan

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients in blender till smooth pour evenly in the greased pan.

    Bake for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Let cool make 12 squares
