Ingredients

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1 tbsp suji
  3. 1/2 kg potato boiled and mashed
  4. 2 green chilli chopped
  5. 1 small piece of ginger grated
  6. 1 tbsp chane ki dal soaked
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1 tsp chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  11. 1 tsp amchur powder
  12. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  13. pinch Hing
  14. 1/2 tsp zeera
  15. as needed oil

Cooking Instructions

    Ek bowl m besan or suji m sabhi masale mix kar ke ghol ready karein.

    Dusare bowl m potato, onion, green chilli,ginger or chane ki dal m sabhi masale achhe se mix kar ke filling tayyar karein.ye soft dough type ban jayega.ab lemon size ke balls ready karein.

    Karahi m oil garam karein or ek ball ko besan ke ghol m dip karein or fry karein.Issi tarike se sare vada bana le.

    Pav ko beech se cut kar ke vada lagayeinor garma garam vada pav teekhi green or red chutney ke sath serve karein.
