Ingredients

  1. 1 spinaze
  2. 1 tomatos
  3. 1 pasta
  4. 1 garlic
  5. grams flour

Cooking Instructions

    Defrost the fish. Cover it with a little bit of flour and put it in an oven tray with olive oil and the tomatos. put the oven on 180°F and let thr fish in for 25 minutes

    Boil the pasta untill its done

    When the fish allmost ready take a pan and put the garlic in it with the fresh spinanze dont let is get to done because you want it to be a litlle bit crispy

    Serve everything on a plate and if you want you can have a glass of white wine with it
