Ingredients

  1. 500 ml soy milk
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1 tablespoon Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)

Cooking Instructions

    Soy milk, I bought at Tofu shop.

    Stir eggs

  3. 3

    Combine soy milk and Dashi powder

  4. 4

    Drain from colander

  5. 5

    Steam with medium-low heat for 13 minuets

    Sprinkle sesame oil and garnish with green onion. Soy sauce to taste.

    Instant Japanese soup, fried eggplant and tomato soup (Japanese Sumashi jiru)

    I put diced egg tofu in soup.
