Ingredients

  1. 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  2. 1/4 cup melted butter
  3. 2/3 cup sunflower seeds
  4. 1/3 cup hazelnut
  5. 25 drops Stevia leaf
  6. 2 tbsp Erythritol
  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Mix all ingredients in food processor until well combined. Scraping edges as needed.

    Pour mixture into pan lined with parchment paper.

    Bake @350 F for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Let cool completely before cutting into 8 pieces with pizza cutter.
