I AM TRYING OUT ALL POSSIBLILITY USING FRUITS TO CREATE A MEATLESS DIET BRUNCH FOR 1 WEEK
ANOTHER HEALTHY MEATLESS,DIET BRUNCH SANDWICH, I AM GLAD TO SHARE WITH YOU GUYS @COOKPAD..
Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsp Mascapone / Light Creamcheese

1/2 tbsp Brown sugar

1 Passionfruit pulp and juice

1 large apples
-
2 slice bread
-
1/2 tbsp butter
-
1 bunch alfafa sprouts
Cooking Instructions

Mix the Mascapone / CreamCheese ( depending on each preferences ) with brown sugar and passinfruits pulp and juice , with an (optional )adding additional extra brown sugar for a sweeter taste or passionfruits for a more citrus flavour.

Dice the apple of your choice then add in the Passionfruit mascapone mixture then spread on a buttered ( optional ) toasted bread top with some alfafa sprouts
