Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 tbsp Mascapone / Light Creamcheese
  2. 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
  3. 1 Passionfruit pulp and juice
  4. 1 large apples
  5. 2 slice bread
  6. 1/2 tbsp butter
  7. 1 bunch alfafa sprouts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the Mascapone / CreamCheese ( depending on each preferences ) with brown sugar and passinfruits pulp and juice , with an (optional )adding additional extra brown sugar for a sweeter taste or passionfruits for a more citrus flavour.

    Dice the apple of your choice then add in the Passionfruit mascapone mixture then spread on a buttered ( optional ) toasted bread top with some alfafa sprouts
