Super Easy, Super Quick 3 Ingredient Oyster Stew

So quick and easy. Used all milk, but for a richer flavor, use some half and half.

Simmer oysters and their liquid, until edges curl.....about 2 or 3 mins.

Melt butter in milk. Simmer on low....be careful not to scorch the milk.

Add oysters and liquid to milk/ butter mixture. Simmer on low, stirring often.

What else can you ask for....3 ingredients and about 10 minutes.
Seasoning as you like. I had baquetts with mine. You can always go with the trusty oyster crackers.
