Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 3 cups flour
  2. 12 oz cold tap water
  3. 1 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/4 tsp active yeast
  5. Egg wash for rolls
  6. Flour for dusting

Cooking Instructions

    Put flour salt yeast in a large bowl and mix well

  2. 2

    Add water mix with a wooden spoon gradually incorporating all the flour until it starts to stick to the bowl

    Cover and leave for 12-20 hours to proof

  4. 4

    Heat oven to 225°C for 1 hour

  5. 5

    Shape dough Into 8 rolls cover and proof for 1 hour on a baking tray lined with baking parchment

  6. 6

    After 1 hour brush each roll with egg wash then using scissors snip into the dough place in oven on a low shelf and bake for 12-15 mins

    Allow to cool slightly and enjoy
