1 cup gram flour (besan)

4 green chilli chopped

Coriander leaves chopped

to taste Salt

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp amchur powder

Oil for frying
Cooking Instructions

Peel and wash the potatoes.Cut in round shape.

Take a bowl. Put in gram flour,all ingredients and water.Mix well and make a smooth batter.

Take potato slice and dip in batter and fry in hot oil.

Serve yummy pakodas with green chutni or sauce.
