Super easy cucumber pickles.call me lazy xoxo
Ingredients

3 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp caster sugar

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 TSP sesame oil
-
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes

4 small cucumber
Cooking Instructions

Combine the vinegar, sugar,soy sauce,sesame oil and chili flakes in a large bowl

Add cucumber and toss to mix

Cover and leave to marinated in the fridge for 1 hour

Stirring occasionally. Enjoy,😋😋
