Ingredients

  1. 1 small part of banana stem
  2. 2 radish
  3. 1 handful lentil dumplings
  4. 3 green chillies chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. To taste salt and sugar
  7. As needed oil

Cooking Instructions

    Dry rosted the dumplings and fry adding oil,keep aside

  2. 2

    Heat more oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the radish and banana stem saute

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft

  5. 5

    Add dumplings and fry well adding sugar

  6. 6

    Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve with plain rice
