Creamy tandoori momos with hot broccoli sauce

Ingredients

  1. Ingredients for sauce
  2. 1 tsp Butter
  3. 1 Onion chopped
  4. 2 Dry red chilli(soak in water for 10minutes)
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. 1 cup Water
  7. 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  8. 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  9. Ingredients for stuffing of momos
  10. 1 1/2 tsp Butter
  11. 1/3 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
  12. 1 1/2 cup Milk
  13. 1 1/2 tsp Plain flour
  14. 1/3 cup Boiled corn
  15. 1/4 cup Chopped carrot
  16. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  17. 1 pinch Salt
  18. For momos dough ingredients
  19. 1 cup Plain flour
  20. 1 pinch Salt
  21. 1/2 cup Milk
  22. Another ingredients
  23. 1/3 cup Pizza sauce
  24. 1 piece Charcoal

Cooking Instructions

    Method for stuffing

    Take a pan

    Add butter in it..

    When it become hot, add plain flour in it and saute it for 1 minute on slow flame..

    Then add corn and carrot in it and saute it..

    Then add milk in it and mix it well

    When sauce become little thick, add grated cheese, salt and black pepper in it..

    Cook it for 30 seconds..

    And it's done..

    For dough method..

    Take a bowl

    Add plain flour and salt in it and mix it well

    Then add milk in it and make fine dough..

    Leave it for 10 minutes

    For broccoli sauce..ingredients..

    Take a wok..

    When it become hot, add onion and broccoli, and red chilli in it and saute it for a while

    Then add salt and black pepper in it and mix it well

    Then add water in it, cover it, and cook it for 10 minutes on slow flame

    When it become cold.., put it into jar and blend it..

    Take a small ball of dough

    Roll it with the help of rolling pin and make small puri

    Put little corn carrot stuffing in the middle and fold it and make flower shape

    Steam all momos for 15 minutes on slow flame

    Then cot all momos with pizza sauce

    Put charcoal piece on gas

    Then put griller stand on it

    Put all momos on griller stand

    And cover it with steel bowl

    Cook it for 30 second on slow flame

    And serve hot with broccoli sauce
