Japanese style egg roll (crab stick with salad dressing)

You may choose tuna salad or any other kinds of ingredients to replace the crab stick
Ingredients

2 eggs

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon mirin
-
Spring onion (optional)

Salad dressing
-
Japanese dried seaweed (optional)

3-4 crab sticks

1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions

Prepare the crab stick, mixed with salad dressing. Eggs mixtures with spring onion, pepper, salt, sugar and mirin.

Preheat the pan with oil, pour off some of the oil after heating. Turn to the smallest level of heat.

Pour the thin layer of egg, start rolling it. Add the crab stick mixture in the middle of the egg roll, and keep repeating the above procedure.

Keep frying the egg roll, until it’s turn brown and throughly cooked.

Putting the salad dressing and dried seaweed if you wish.
