Tricia's Fruit Salad with Coconut Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  1. 1 Fresh Organic Banana Peeled and Sliced
  2. 1 Tangerine Peeled and Diced
  3. 2 Fresh Organic Kiwis Peeled and Sliced
  4. 1 Cup Fresh Organic Blackberries Washed
  5. 2 Cups Fresh Organic Strawberries Sliced
  6. 1 Cup Fresh Organic Pineapple Peeled and Diced
  7. 1/2 Cup Pecans
  8. 1 Can (Non BPA Lined) Organic Coconut Milk
  9. 1 tsp Madagascar Vanilla Extract
  10. 3 Tbsp Organic Blue Agave Nectar

Cooking Instructions

    Refrigerate Coconut Milk over night

  2. 2

    Open Coconut Milk and run a knife down the inside of the can to the bottom in two places

  3. 3

    Pour liquid into a separate bowl and use in another recipe such as a smoothie

  4. 4

    Combine remaining coconut cream, vanilla and agave in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth and well blended.

  5. 5

    Combine fruit and nuts in a bowl and toss together with a spoon.

  6. 6

    Top with a dollop of Coconut whipped cream and serve!
